Read on to learn about Jack and the gems that he passes onto others.

*Jack, what made you want to volunteer?

I feel that it is important to do what we can to make our communities stronger and to help people in need. I started volunteering when I was 12 years old,and I push myself to have a more significant impact each year.

*Jack, what impact do you feel you are making?

Providing warmth by giving coats and clothes or helping feed families that struggle to put food on the table are the things I can help with today. As I go through time, I look forward to increasing the scale and positive impact on our communities.

*Jack, what are three things you will share with another student who wants to give back to the community?

1.The hardest part is to start, so do something small that has personal meaning or a personal connection.

2.Take advantage of technology by using use Facebook and Instagram, or other social media sites, to get your cause out. Those platforms have tremendous reach.

3.Share your ideas with others! People will find the causes meaningful and want to help

*Jack, why is giving back important?

I feel like I can have a positive impact for those in need. The idea of children and families being hungry, or shivering from the cold, is sad and horrific. It is important for me to do my small part to help.

*Jack, what career are you going into when you go to college?

I have an interest in various areas of business and capital markets. Today, I intend to position myself to build a career where I can drive success for a company that I work for, while having a meaningful and positive impact on society.

*Jack, is there anything else you would like to share?

I admire Angela, and her work. I am so grateful I have been able to work with her and help AngelaCARES provide goodness to the community.

Jack is awesome! We are thankful for what Jack has contributed to AngelaCARES to date. He has done three major drives that had a significant impact in the community! An abundance of a variety of sporting gear, goods, and equipment. Coats, hats, shoes, boots, scarves, sweaters, and nonperishable food
